Because most products are made-to-order or delivered digitally, we do our best to set clear expectations up front while also offering support when things don’t go as planned.


Physical Products

This includes stickers, apparel, desk mats, and other shipped goods.

✅ Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variances in print placement or color

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

To request a replacement or store credit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Email [your email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement shipped to you

  • A store credit code for the full item value

  • A full refund (in rare cases where necessary)


Store Credit (Preferred)

In most cases, we’ll offer store credit as the first option when resolving issues. This helps us keep prices low and support our creative mission. Store credits never expire and can be used on any future order.


International Orders

We gladly ship worldwide!
Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs and local carriers

  • We do not cover customs duties, taxes, or import fees

  • If an international item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right through a replacement or store credit


Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (printable stickers, downloads, etc.) are final sale

  • Any item reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Unauthorized returns (items returned without contacting us first)
